Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

The management of HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A acknowledges that sustainability and social aspects are an integral part of modern corporate management. In consideration of the above it has accepted a company directive, setting forth a series of rules and guidelines under the name Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) regulations, which are compulsory for all members of the organization.

HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A expects all its sub-contractor to abide with these Directives and requests that cases where a sub-contractor can not comply, for whatever reason, such cases are reported to the management.

The principles adopted by HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A are;

1. HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A will not enter into any form of business with organizations of which any form of human right abuse is known;
2. HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A supports the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
3. HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A will not enter into any form of business with organizations known to be apply forced and/or compulsory labour;
4. HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A will not enter into any form of business with organizations known to be involved in any form of child labour;
5. HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A will not enter into any form of business with organizations known to apply discriminating practices in respect of employment and occupation;
6. HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A requires its subcontractors, suppliers and service providers to support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
7. HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A will whenever possible promote environmental responsibility;
8. HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A will encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies;
9. HUMANITARIAN SUPPLIERS | SUPLIDORES ZONA LIBRE S.A will not enter into any form of business with organizations known to be involved in corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
